Frequently Asked Questions

Every treatment appointment requires a $50 deposit. This deposit is redeemable against your treatment. If after your consultation you decide not to go ahead with treatment on the day, your $50 will be kept on file towards your future treatment of choice and will be valid for 6 months. We kindly ask that if you need to change your appointment  date or time that you do it 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

We completely understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accomodate changes to your appointment time or date. However please be aware that cancellations or no shows less than 48hours prior to your appointment may result in the forfeiture of your $50 dollar deposit.
