Reschedule | Cancellation Policy & Booking Deposit

Every treatment appointment requires a $50 deposit. This deposit is redeemable against your treatment. If after your consultation you decide not to go ahead with treatment on the day, your $50 will be kept on file towards your future treatment of choice and will be valid for 6 months. We kindly ask that if you need to change your appointment  date or time that you do it 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. ​If you reschedule or cancel an appointment within 48 hours of the appointment start time or do not attend a scheduled appointment Lavina Clinique reserves the right to retain the $50 deposit.

 

We completely understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accomodate changes to your appointment time or date. However please be aware that cancellations or no shows less than 48hours prior to your appointment may result in the forfeiture of your $50 dollar deposit.

Payment of services

Lavina Clinique requires full payment of service immediately post-service. Payment methods include Debit/Credit Card, afterpay & cash.

TREATMENT SUITABILITY & refund policy

Services may vary between patients. Lavina Clinique reserves the right to assess the suitability of services for patients. Patients may be assessed unsuitable for services performed at Laura Injectables.

Due to the nature of services provided at Lavina Clinique, it is essential, as a patient, you acknowledge that there is no warranty or guarantee on services and no refunds will be provided for prescription medication. A refund will only be provided when required by Australian Consumer Law.
